For three weeks now I have seen weight loss results with the following macros...230 grams of pro., 190 grams of carbs and 90 grams of fat. I went from 217 to 209 in those three weeks. Should I just stick with this to keep losing weight or is it better to mix things up (my macros) from time to time? Thanks for the advice.

Macros and calories are dependant on your weight and activity. So if your weight or activity changes so should your calories and macros. Weight loss is dependant on calories, not macros so unless you stop losing weight you don't need to change your calories. Once you stop losing recalculate your calorie needs.
