I think you and I met in Plano, TX last year in February.

Eventually I want to get back into doing one per year.

Excellent! Seems there are more body builders in our age group.

Yeah, I was the one who got red-lighted on my 575 deadlift for not locking out completely.

Which one was Greg? The guy squatting 1100 or the bicep tear dude?

Now I remember you. You held that 3rd dead lift forever, even after the judge gave you the down command. Greg McCoy owner of the gym and yes, the one that tore his bicep.

Haha, yeah< I was pissed for the red light so I added 5# and held the lockout for like a 5 count. Guess it was a little unsportsmanlike, but they saw how easy the lift went up and I felt like I locked it out--but whatever.

How do you view the APF upcoming Meets? I see one in April in San Antonio, but is there a list? How do you join APF? You have to go through the WPC website?

You kicked a$$ at that Meet; I see you have beat all of those lifts! Awesome work man!
