Hey, I recently tried sticky rice pre workout and loved it, I ate it about 1.5 hours before I trained. At school the earliest I can eat it is 3 hours pre workout. Is there any chance I will have the same effects if it is a longer time period from when I consumed it, then into my training. Also if anyone else knows some more portable carb sources with a similar carb structure that input would be apprecited. Thanks!
