OK I am 5'7 24 years old 195 lbs I am guessing around 22% body fat....now I am not trying to get to a ripped body I want to get big... not to worried about being cut right now...I have a belly and live handles.....what do I need to do.....I am only eating 1800 calories a day so I don't add to the stomach but I don't wana starve my muscles either.......please help...I am using combat protien powder twice a day....

Sorry guys I am on phone and at work..... the specific question is if I up the calories do I have to worry about getting a bigger belly..... I don't want to be buff and fat...don't mind pudgy. Not fat tho
