A people should endlessly and tirelessly question the actions of their government.

Ok watched 2 minutes of rhetorical scaremongering, skipped to the end and realised it was in fact 5 minutes of the same. I cant believe people watch this sh*t, zero content whatsoever.

Asking people to use their minds is a daunting task in 2012 it seems...

Exactly what content did the video have?

Watch this:

What if Ron Paul wanted to f*ck you in the ass?
What if Ron Paul was sponsored by the military industrial complex as a diversionary front?
What if a bunch of people who use the term sheep are impressed by a bunch of accusations in the form of rhetorical questions with no evidence to back any of it up whatsoever?

Edit: thought of some more good ones.

What if the real sheep are the people who blindly follow someone with no practical understanding of how government works?
What if there is no conspiracy?
What if you need congressional and senate support?

This is fun, anyone else want to add some baseless accusations in the form of a "What If" questions? Apparently it is the latest form of informed topical debate, don't need to worry about facts or evidence and you can say what you like, the more controversial and scaremongering the better.

If you don't understand banking> governments than you will surely believe the world operates the way it appears via the mass media. The video is about questioning the things we hold as mundane, and don't normally question. He asks, what if instead of giving the 'option' of two choices, both are merged into the same concept while retaining the illusion that the voter has two choices. Is this a conspiracy? No, it's based on fact. And he's asking "what if", not "it's like this". As for your examples, Ron Paul sponsored by MIC has no basis and goes against common sense. On the other hand, my explanation points exactly as to why Paul is ignored by the media. Let me spell it out for you since it'll go over your head: Ron Paul branches off from these two "lesser of evils". He doesn't work for Wall St. like Obama, Romney, Santorum, etc. The media knows this and they'll do what they can to prevent him from being elected by the people. They lie, they rig elections, etc.

Law 31

Control the Options: Get Others to Play with the Cards you Deal

The best deceptions are the ones that seem to give the other person a choice: Your victims feel they are in control, but are actually your puppets. Give people options that come out in your favor whichever one they choose. Force them to make choices between the lesser of two evils, both of which serve your purpose. Put them on the horns of a dilemma: They are gored wherever they turn.

Oh lawd, the irony.

LMAO at talking about the MSM conspiracy when defending a completely evidence free editorial just because it was supportive of your choice. You simply cannot defend this bullsh*t and cry about MSM brainwashing, it was completely unsupported by any evidence whatsoever. The only thing it served to do was push an agenda, it wasn't objective or even slightly informative.

Have your positions and beliefs, fine no issues with that but this kind of fact free, content-less bullsh*t is exactly what you are fighting against, you simply can't just start defending it all of a sudden because it supports your position.

Speech before the US House of Representatives, 02/12/09

Madame Speaker,

I have a few questions for my colleagues.

What if we wake up one day and realize that the terrorist threat is a predictable consequence of our meddling in the affairs of others?

What if propping up repressive regimes in the Middle East endangers both the United States and Israel?

What if occupying countries like Iraq and Afghanistan - and bombing Pakistan - is directly related to the hatred directed toward us and has nothing to do with being free and prosperous?

What if someday it dawns on us that losing over 5,000 American military personnel in the Middle East since 9/11 is not a fair trade-off for the loss of nearly 3,000 American citizens, no matter how many Iraqi, Pakistani, and Afghan people are killed or displaced?

What if we finally decide that torture, even if called enhanced interrogation techniques, is self-destructive and produces no useful information - and that contracting it out to a third world nation is just as evil?

What if it is finally realized that war and military spending is always destructive to the economy?

What if all wartime spending is paid for through the deceitful and evil process of inflating and borrowing?

What if we finally see that wartime conditions always undermine personal liberty?

What if conservatives, who preach small government, wake up and realize that our interventionist foreign policy provides the greatest incentive to expand the government?

What if conservatives understood once again that their only logical position is to reject military intervention and managing an empire throughout the world?

What if the American people woke up and understood that the official reasons for going to war are almost always based on lies and promoted by war propaganda in order to serve special interests?

What if we as a nation came to realize that the quest for empire eventually destroys all great nations?

What if Obama has no intention of leaving Iraq?

What if a military draft is being planned for the wars that will spread if our foreign policy is not changed?

What if the American people learn the truth: that our foreign policy has nothing to do with national security and that it never changes from one administration to the next?

What if war and preparation for war is a racket serving the special interests?

What if President Obama is completely wrong about Afghanistan and it turns out worse than Iraq and Vietnam put together?

What if Christianity actually teaches peace and not preventive wars of aggression?

What if diplomacy is found to be superior to bombs and bribes in protecting America?

What happens if my concerns are completely unfounded - nothing!

What happens if my concerns are justified and ignored - nothing good!

- Ron Paul

I don't think you know Ron Paul all to well.. and the repression that is caused in a nation during war(s).

As long as we continue wars... American will not truly be free. And today, politics as well as economics or the so-called free market in America are both manipulated.

We've been fighting wars since the founding of this country.
