Foods are mostly organic foods from health food stores.

I always open the supp caps and drink the content.

I wish I could add some fat free cottage cheese at night time but I can't eat dairys except whey isolate...

So, does anyone has any suggestion ?

I would truly appreciate any kind of opinion or advice.
