View Full Version : A litte more information on what to have before going to sleep?

Hey guys, a little new to the nutrion part so sorry if the questions is dumb. When I go to sleep I have a glass of milk mixed with casein protein, a couple spoons of peanut butter, and a bottle of water. My goal is to eat a lot and add weight, so it makes sense to fill your body with the fuel while your sleeping correct? If I'm wrong, what should I really eat before bed/or not eat. Thanks !

Slow digesting protein like casein sounds good to me

Eat whatever you like. There's no need or harm in eating before bed. Just focus on meeting your calories and protein/fats.
