I was wondering about the part about gaining muscle mass. It says to eat 2 calories per pound of body weight above your maintenance level calorie intake for 5 days of the week. And then it says for 2 days of the week, eat 2 calories per pound of body weight less. The article never specified if it was 2 cal/lb body weight less than maintenance level calorie intake or less than what you eat on the other 5 days. Which one is it? Here's the link to the article
