Hey guys, i've been lifting pretty hard lately doing a 5 day split and i'm really trying to tie down my diet now. I was bulking before, but not watching my macros/cals carefully. I got my bf% measured at 17 (although i think she overestimated it, 3 point caliper) and i've decided to cut. I am 6"3 and weigh 208-209lb. With the Katch-McArdle Formula at 3-5 (1.55x) says my Estimated TDEE is 3207 Calories, est for weight loss: 2707 Calories. Adding in some walking/sprints 2-3 times a week.

5 eggs
8oz chicken tenderloins
1c oatmeal, 2s whey
1c oatmeal, 2s whey, banana
11oz 90% lean beef

10 fish oil, 1c carrots, 1 stalk broccoli, 2c lettuce
2679 286p 98f 176c (42%p 32%f 26%c)

supps: white flood, green mag, vit c, mag/zinc, multi

I've read a lot about carbs etc and i've decided i might try to cut down a bit, as it is giving me stomach bloat and i feel great after eating fats. How does this look?

edit:added veggies

If you're going to count calories, you need to count all calories.

Sounds like a horribly boring diet. Try it for a month, check progress, adjust as needed.

Although im cautious, i've been trying to read up about IIFYM. I want to possibly add some cheese, salami or ranch to my diet. Do i have to worry about the ratio of fats in these (sat, poly, etc)?

That diet is acutely deficient in micronutrients and, by subjective measure, is boring.
