I'm 125 lbs, 5'5 and 23% bodyfat. i want to drop down to 15% bodyfat.

currently i'm doing 30min cardio 6 days a week and thinking about increasing it to 45min, i'm also doing 1-1.5 hr weight training.

the meal plan is attached,
i think i probably need to increase the carbs/fats?
