I try to make my meal for today in order to get around 170 g of protein and 2000Kcal.
I want to do this to lose fat and gain muscle.
My meal is:
1. 32g from protein shake (EAFIT)
2. scrambled eggs(2 whole eggs and 4 whites) with 100g onion, 20g garlic and 100g green bell pepper and 200g of whole bread
workout
3. 32g from protein shake (EAFIT)
4.100 g turkey breast and 250g of potato
5. 100 g turkey breast and 250g of potato
I meet all the requirements but the problem is that this food is not enough for me
What should I do?

Yes because after I've read all your comments I saw that I was wrong and I started to recalculate.
The 3000 calories was what the site recommended me.
Since then I was checking a lot of posts here on the forum.

I was eating more than 3000 maybe even 3500 and I want to try to do both, to gain and lose also.
I am following Kris Gethin's workout program

I am following Kris Gethin's workout program1.if you go from 3500 to 2000 you are going to lose a lot of weight
2.
if you gain/lose at the same time...you are doing neither
