Im 6'3" about 210. I have a BodyMedia fit and a normal day at work nets me around 4k so im basing it off this. Work days: 3200 cals 200g pro/95g fat/375g carbs. Off days: 2500 cals 200g pro/95g fat/ 200g carbs. Does this look sufficient to cut body fat while preserving muscle? I just need a starting point then can adjust in 3-4 weeks if needed.

Bro you've been around long enough to know what youre doing. Is it just a lack of self confidence?

at your bf% you probably dont wanna loose anymore than 1.5 lbs a week bro...if that i would just start with 3500-3400 everyday and adjust from there.

It's time to start trusting yourself to know what is right. Now following up with the right actions might still be a challenge, but that's a different story.
