View Full Version : Man, I love me some Pancakes

Been having these for before bed snack while bulking, or at breakfast time, or even post workout, its just so dam good

1/2 Scoop oats Grinded in Coffee Grinder (150 cals)
1-1.5 scoops Chocolate Protein (120-200 cals)
1 serving Natty Peanut Butter ( 200cals)
Small amount of skim milk (30 cals)
1/2 Bananna (100 cals)
Sugar Free Syrup

Total 600-700 cals of super easy to eat and tasty meal

Mix everything but Banana into a bowl, just enough milk to make a thick batter, you dont want it thin as it will be much harder to flip, heat up a decent size pan on the stove, after its hot, spray it with a tiny bit of cooking spray, pour mix into pan, then add banana's sliced up.

Such a good pancake, and so simple and easy to make, and its actually pretty good for you!
