I'd say under 1 is good.

There isnt any need for sugar at all.

I agree but if you notice most food has sugar so it is pretty hard to escape it. The only option would be to eat nothing but veggies.

thats right. Veggies, meat, and sugar free foods.

A good clean diet.

As little as possible. You canít avoid it. Making an attempt to cut out most refined sugar is better than 99% of the population does. Every time I see an over fat person drinking a super big gulp Pepsi (or any other liquid candy) I roll my eyes. Just try to stick with complex and fibrous carbs except post workout as much as possible.

I would try and avoid taking too much sugar but wouldn't put it out of my diet, it is unavoidable but sugar does has its own merits if taken at right times and at right quantities.

BIG BUMP !!

My body thanked me when it dropped to 9% BF after cutting out anything to do with sugar, including fruit.
