1650 calories isnt going to be enough for you. especially if your working out and doing cardio. I reccomend eating 11 times your bodyweight in calories.

meal 1 looks good. for meal 2, wuts spag? on meal 3, i reccomend replacing corn with another vegetable. Corn is high in the glycemic index. Some broccoli or celery is good to have. a nice salad is good as well. meal 5, i reccomend taking out the gape juice. Fructose isnt as good for an insulin spike as dextrose or malodextrin. I reccomend adding in some dextrose and/or malodextrin post workout as opposed to grape juice. meal 6, you might want to add in a better carb source like a sweet potatoe or some brown rice.
