Just an FYI. Monday i started my 2 month cutting phase.
I had my body fat checked at my gym by a trainer using the caliper test.

Date 2-5-07
27% Fat (caliper)
198 Pounds
5ft 5"
30yrs old

Here is my suplement list.

Universal animal pack
muscle milk protein
BSN Nitrix
Lipo 6
GNC Fish Oil

2,000 - 2,200 Calories per day. <---very strict diet

I'm shooting for 185 pounds @12% FAT

Sorry I forgot about it, I'm already taking fish oil too ( added to my list)

Whats lean green for? Do?
Also I heard that during cutting phase I'm not supose to be on creatine????
I was using BSN CELLMASS for 2 months durring my bulking phase. I just cycled off it when I started my cut. Now i'm confused..........

I'm not sure if you are asking for advice or not, but 27% is pretty high. Check out the keto thread, it might be something you want to think about doing.

yeah i thought it was kinda high, I used a digital fat tester and it was reading at 19% fat. I mean I dont look like i have 28% fat.

Yeah I was kinda depressed when she told me 28%
Would you say 19% looks more acurate?

I usually take Lean Green or High Power Green Tea Extract.

Basically, it's a powerful antioxidant that will give you a slight increase in fat loss. Mostly, it will just help keep you healthy while on reduced calories.


In terms of creatine, I would keep it in if it doesn't cause you to bloat. It will help you preserve strength and lean muscle mass. Even if it does cause you to bloat, just remove it towards the end of your cut if you need to lean out for a photoshoot or competition, etc...


And you are definately in the 19-22% range.
