I workout at night so my pwo is around 8:30 pm.... I then go to bed around 10:30. I take 1 scoop of karbolyn which is 50g of carbs and spikes my insulin. Will this lead to fat gain since its close to my bed time?

You don't need carbs to spike your insulin
