I got orange triad but I'm reacting to the glucosamine....I can't take fish oils either because I react to both the same way...any fishy ingredients in a supplement I take I react to it...but I can eat fish multiple times daily, wtf?...anybody know of any good multu vitamins that are worth getting that don't have any seafood related ingredients?

Vegetables are great vitamins and minerals sources that doesn't have to be related to seafoods. ;)

Instead of Fish Oils you could take Flax Seed Oils for Omega-3's

Yea I take flaxseed oil, but I wanted a multi, my diet isn't exactly the best to stand on it's own...but as to my reactions my throat gets sore/raw, ulcers start popping up in my mouth and I start getting blisters on lips

i would say the mega-majority of multivitamins on the market contain no seafood ingredients, no glucosamine, and no fish oil.
