Is this alright to do for a workout routine?

Eat lunch in the cafeteria

20 min later, 1 scoop ON Whey

15 min later, go workout

After workout (usually 45 min;Rippetoe program) than take my creatine mono.

Cardio for 25 min on 5 mph.

after cardio 2 scoops of ON Whey.

Is this routine acceptable? or should i be taking my 2 scoops whey before the cardio? I started working out with about 14% BF, 5'7 154 fairly skinny and want to clean bulk.
Goals: Gain Muscle and Loose fat
