if someone is to go in to bodybuilding full time how should his meals and workout plan look like.

if eating 6 meals is better than 3, does it necessarily mean that 12 meals are better than 6? to maintain an anabolic state?

most, if not all, literature regarding bodybuilding fits into our status quo, 7 days a week, 3 meals a day, 8-5 work hours. but what if, u had all the time in the world to do the business of bodybuilding. eat, train, sleep, eat, train sleep. ( food prepared by others, so preparation doesn't count ) would the "normal" 6 meals a day still be optimal?

furthermore, if u could sleep 12 hours a day, say 8 +4 hours, wouldnt that be better to promote growth? would working out twice a day be better than once?
