Then stop taking it? BCAAs are not needed if your protein intake is sufficient.

I am aware, but I am cutting

I just spent $50 on it so I dont want to just throw it out if it is not harmful (but I wont buy it again)

How do you know it's from xtend?

Within 30 minutes after taking it I get the feeling. It has happended two days in a row now so I have rules out coincidence

No it doesn't. Did you take it at the same time each day? Were there absolutely no other factors that were similar between incident #1 and incident #2 (IE: food in your stomach, water intake, time of day, etc)

A couple of times after fasted cardio, then I ditched them, and never Xtend.
Not going to use it ever.
Now beta-alanine + citruline malate pre-workout.
