I weigh 76 kgs or 169lbs and this is my bulking diet. Does it look correct or should i edit some parts?


170g sweet potatoe = 30g carbs
120g chicken = 30g protein
6 eggs whites 2 yolk =26g protein

730am Oats 6 eggwhites 2 yolk / half avacado 26g pro 50g carbs
845am training gym
10am Chicken / sweet potatoe / broccoli 30g pro 30g carbs
12pm Chicken / sweet potatoe / broccoli*30g pro 30g carbs
2pm Shake 20g pro 30g carbs
4pm Chicken / sweet potatoe / broccoli*30pro 30g carbs
6pm*Chicken / sweet potatoe / broccoli*30g pro 30g carbs
8pm Chicken / sweet potatoe / broccoli*30g pro 30g carbs
10pm shake / half avacado 20g pro 30g carbs

Protein 216
Carbs 260
Fats ?

No such thing needed. Eat whatever you like. I don't know what you like, so I'm ill equipped to provide you with a meal plan.

Read the stickies. Learn to calculate your calorie needs, macro needs and construct your own menu from that.
