Good night for everyone. well im here to ask something. Nutrition for me isnt easy, so im asking something good and easy to get to eat. well at morning (around 8am) im eating milk with oat. at 10.30am cheese and ham sandwiche with an iogurt. at lunch well i eat carbs with fish or meat. at 4.30pm same as the 10.30am. dinner also carbs fish and meat but less than at the lunch. before go eat again milk and oat. what ca i improve?
