It's 5 days a week pretty hardout program.

That's pretty much all the exercise i do, trying to figure out my maintenance.. thanks.

Weight lifting doesn't figure much into the equation. I'd guess that program has you burn about 250-300 calories per day. Your other daily activities are much bigger factors. How much walking do you do, and does your job and/or class require much movement?

If all you're doing is weight lifting and assuming you're living a normal lifestyle outside the weight room, then I'd say moderate.

correct me if I'm wrong, but surely the post-exercise stress placed on your body from weight training dictates that caloric intake should be raised. You're body requires calories to repair the damage done to the muscle fibers. not just account for the 300 burnt during the workout?

Yeah I'm quite interested too know this also.
