I was looking at the teen fat loss program videos and all the related stuff and had a few questions.

Being a poor university student is it absolutely necessary to eat 5 meals a day or does a shake count as a meal?

What is the best kind of white bread? Is the smart bread from wonder ok? Or am I better to go with whole grain?

How much worse is white rice than brown?

And some short answers....no you don't need to eat 5 meals a day, just hit the target macros (see the stickies)

And the other two food choices really don't matter, again for the same reasons.

Oh gosh not this sh*t again......no need to eat 5 times per day unless you like too (I am in college and prepare 3 meals per day and find that hard enough)....No need to eat rice unless you like it (I hate brown/white rice), no need to drink protein shakes (get your protein through whole foods), I actually like whole grain/wheat bread more than white bread but ya it doesn't matter eat whatever bread you enjoy.
