Im new to eating clean and got most of my info via 3rd party. So, like a newb, I not searching Im just gonna post ;)

Im 6'3 and 256 lbs

Currently my daily intake is

Breakfast: 3 eggwhites & 2 whole eggs handfull of baby spinach and mushrooms and atablespoon of minced garlic

Workout ( interval runnibg for about 30 min weights or machines for15 to 30 min). *not trying to bulk

30 min later Protien drink

2 hrs later 20 or so almonds

2 hrs later greek yogurt(peach)

2 hrs later Bumble bee priemium light tuna in water in pouch and about six wheat crackers and a gala apple


Supps:
9x 1200 mg fish oil daily
1x B supercomplex
1x D3 1000i.u
1x Mens multi

Im a door 2 door salesman with a cable co. and work 10 to 12 hrs a day (why I dont have time 2 go see a nutritionist myself)
I have Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and is genetic

So can Someone tweak me and make sure Im doing this right? My goal is to loose about 35 lbs
