View Full Version : Eating Junk Food Daily While Workingout?

So for example Eating 2 eggs with a loaf or 2 of bread with a bit of fruit jam and yogurt for Breakfast,

1 regular size Bigmac meal and 1 cone of chocolate icecream for Lunch,

And eating 6 big spoons of rice with quarter of a chicken (breast, legs and wings) for Dinner,

Will I bulk too much with that?

Assuming I don't use any supplements.

If you want to gain fat go right ahead... There is nothing that would suggest muscle growth with this diet.

All depends on your maintenance. If you are working out daily you seem pretty active, and you might lose weight in the long run. This barely seems like a 2,500 calorie diet

Going with a little surplus.


All depends on your maintenance. If you are working out daily you seem pretty active, and you might lose weight in the long run. This barely seems like a 2,500 calorie diet

Going to workout 2-3 times/week and will do karate for 3 days/week on empty weekdays.


Id guess that your protein intake is also way too low.

How much do you see me to increase it?

Not going with big surplus, but still want to see a different in my physicals after a while.
