Heres what I have been eating for the last week let me know what you think..
Saturday-4-16oz h20 one a day multi/ 600 calcium sup
930am (2)Chewy Chocolate Chip Pure Protein Bars
10 (2)Chewy Chocolate Chip Pure Protein Bars
11 Shake Whey (60g Protein) w/ water no lactose
3pm Burger king Triple Whopper /no mayo

Sunday-4-16oz h20 one a day multi/ 600 calcium sup
11.30am Taco bell Grilled stuffed beef/ nacho supreme
2:00 Grapes
6-8:00 pm Steak/Cheese Calzone/ 2 slice of pizza

Monday- 8-16oz h20 one a day multi/ 600 calcium sup
8am WW Bagel w/ 10 tsp Natty PB and a Bananna
10-12 (3)Chewy Chocolate Chip Pure Protein Bars (60g Protein)
1pm (3) Cans of Tuna 1 slice WW Bread (75g Protein)
2pm (3) Cans of Tuna 1 slice WW Bread
4pm Shake Whey 60g Protein (GNC Whey)
6pm 16oz juicy juice and 25 mg mono Creatine
7:30 rips workout week 3
9:30 Shake Whey (60g Protein)
10:30 Crock pot Chickenleg with alittle rice/ kidney beans, green beans

Tuesday-6-16oz h20 one a day multi/ 600 calcium sup
8am Shake 60g Protein w/ 5 mg mono Creatine
9:30 2 ChewyCCPure protein bars
11:00 .5 cup Cottage Cheeze, 1 can tuna, 1 slice WW bread
12:30 large bowl of boston lettuce w/6 egg whites/ fat free dressing
230 large bowl of boston lettuce w/2 cans of tuna/ fat free dressing
4:50 6 boiled egg whites/ 1 Chewy CC Pure Protein
6:00 25 mg mono Creatine 10 oz of juicy juice
7:15 Bacon Dbl Cheese burgerw/ mayo/let/tomato/onion (Checkers Bueford) cheat

I workout on the Rip plan mon. ,wed., fri. and I am the strongest I can remember I've been!
I eat more on the weekdays, those are actual.
I am tring to get my creatine in everyday now. I used to play alot of basketball after my workouts but I have decided to focus more on strength, running that much impeds into my strength training.

Im worried I might be putting my Kidneys in trouble from a thread I read earlier so I wanted to get your thoughts. Everyone that responds gets reps!

Ur diet has too much last food & junk (protein bars) -- IMO u need 2 cut waaay down on that stuff & eat more real clean food.
