I weigh 218 at about a 17-18 bf I'm looking drop that percentage down to 10 and maintain bw at around 210-220. My regular daily diet is from 3000 to 3200 maintenence cals and 300+ proteins. I keep carbs from 150-200.

My diet looks like this:

Breakfast
4 whole eggs
2 packets strawberry oatmeal
1 chobani greek yogurt with fruit
1/2 scoop whey
1 cup white lowfat milk

3hrs later
9oz. Chicken breast
2 slices whole grain bread

PWO
2 scoops whey
1 serving carb supp usually carbo gainer

PPWO
9oz. Chicken breast
1 gerber baby sweet potato

3hrs later
10oz. Flank steak
2 polly-o string cheese sticks
3-4 tbsp olive oil

Is this diet clean for a really lean bulk/recomp?

Better off cutting to 10-12%BF and then bulk (nice and slow; 200-300cals above maintenance).

Your maintenance is 3000-3200cals or is that the number of cals in your diet?

Can drop protein by 25% and increase fats/CHO. Your choice.

My maintenence is 3000 and that's what I eat daily. I hit 3200 on days when I increase the workload.
