How long should i wait to train, after i at a meal?
Hi!
Right now I am eating 6 meals per day. 3 hours between each meal.
I was wondering how long i must wait before I start train, so i don't loss muscle.

And is it normal to feel lazy when i am on a diet, or is this a sign to my body that i need to eat more?

Thanks!!

It's advisable to wait no more than 24 hours.

I'd wait at least a few seconds & at most 86,400 seconds

Even with the knowledge that English is not your native language, ^^ this doesn't even make sense. You don't need to worry about muscle loss unless you are either:

1. fasting for more than an entire day; or

2. following a crazy very low calorie (such as 500 calories) diet and ingesting inadequate protein.

best to do your workout so when you're done, it's time for one of your meals.
