I'll be the one to place the broken record on- READ THE STICKIES!. What are your macros, what are your goals? As far as the food you are eating, it is very boring and you will probably hate it (if you don't already) in about 1-2 weeks.

I'm 18 years old, 80kg, 180cm and looking to make 90kgs (and beyond :P)

I train 8 out of every 10 days (5 day split).
I train in the evenings from around 8-9pm.
I go to school so eating-frequency is an issue.

Can I please get an opinion on this (my diet):

Meal 1 (7:30 am):
5 egg whites
1 cup oats (with oat milk, chia seeds and brown sugar)
1 shake (Next Gen Hydro Iso with oat milk)

Meal 2 (10:30 am):
200g tuna
2 bananas
1 muesli bar

Meal 3(12:30 pm):
300g chicken (breast, thighs occasionally)
200g brown rice
1 mandarin
1 muesli bar
100g roasted fruit and nut mix

Meal 4 (Pre workout, 4:00 pm):
4 whole eggs
1 shake (as above)

Meal 5 (9:30, post workout):
1-200g tuna
4 egg whites
1 shake (as above)

I drink 4.5-6L of water a day and use a multivitamin in the morning and have 1 green tea tablet 3 times a day post-meal.

My totals are:
4, 750 calories
460g carbs
75g fats
220g protein

this isn't a thread to post your diet and get opinions lol, also the time in which you have your meals is irrelevant to us :)
