it's considered a waste of money. OP, go buy some oats in bulk, grind them in a coffee blender and add them to your whey. your wallet will thank you.

I agree with the above comments.
Dude save some money and buy oats + any flavor you like unsweetened cocoa power... cinnamon.. pumpkin... coconut.. cocoa powder sweetened .. anything and some whey protein.

I lived off that last week for breakfast **** was amazing doing it again this week.
