There has to be a calorie deficit.

It is simple mathematics.

You can take all the pills you want, drink all the shakes, eat all the bars, etc

at the end of the day, you have to give your body a reason to burn the fat.

Less is more

Side note: For everyone who has been on this forum for a while, this might seem like an obvious post, but there are many who are just starting out and don't know this. so don't be a hater...lol

I thought it was all those zero calorie diet foods I was eating and NOW YOU TELL ME IT'S CALORIES!
