OK so I have heard of Wooshes and I thought I had this but I guess not. *I weigh myself everyday in the morning when I go to the gym. *Same time of day, after bathroom but I do have a protein shake after waking but that is all. *So its pretty consistent. *Anyway I go to the gym on monday and I am about 151 or so. *I go on tuesday and I am 147. *I get off the scale and remeasure a few times and still 147. *Post workout a measure and am a bit more hydrated and like 147.5 or so. * At first I assume its a Whoosh or w/e they call it here. *Anyway the next day I go back and I am weighing 150 and it has been pretty consistent since. *Since working out in May I have not seen this before. *Why would my weight be so*dramatically*lower that 1 time even though I measure consistently every day?*

It's just water, stomach contents, etc. I consistently weight 141 -143 on any given morning but I have dipped as low as 137 for one day and 138-139 a couple others.

Alright. It was just weird to me as it is something I havent seen before personally. TY

As weird as putting an * before every sentence lol?
