I've read the argument numerous times; Your body can only digest XX grams of protein per meal/sitting/hour

So, are there any sources, documents, or proof this is true? Thanks!

There is a limit on how much protein will maximally stimulate MPS. That said, nothing is going to waste.

There is an upper limit per meal, but that upper limit is likely above your total daily protein intake, even if that intake is very high.
