I don't know whether everyone eats bacon and egg sandwiches or if its just an English thing but I worked out some macros and its actually a really good meal/snack depending on whether you are bulking or cutting so I thought I would share it, the bacon is grilled and the egg is fried with 1 cal spray. I know people probably don't have access to Tesco's but the healthy living bacon is basically just normal bacon with the fat cut off and I am sure you could use different bread without it having too much impact on the macros:-

4 slices of Tesco's healthy living bacon - 130 cals - 21.2g protein - 0g carbs - 4.2g fat (2g sat fat)

1 large free range egg - 80 cals - 7.4g protein - 0g carbs - 6.6g fat (1.9g sat fat)

HP Brown sauce 10g - 12 cals - 0.1g protein - 2.8g carbs - 0g fat

2 x rounds of Hovis best of both bread - 182 cals - 7.2g protein - 32.7g carbs - 1.8g fat (0.4g sat fat)

Total - 404 cals - 35.9g protein - 35.5g carbs - 12.6g fat (4.3g sat fat)

I am cutting at the moment and I could actually eat this same meal 5 times per day and it would be almost perfect for my macros 2020 cals - 179.5g protein - 177.5g carbs - 63g fat (21.5g sat fat), I don't because I know I would be deficient in micro-nutrients and I would also be worried about the high sodium in bacon but I think for 1 meal/snack out of the day it tastes really good, so much so that it almost feels like a cheat meal! Enjoy.

Lol no cheese dude, tastes good without the cheese, you should try it!

Make sure you got the brown sauce though, doesnt taste the same without it, and also you gotta make sure the egg is runny!

Couldn't resist the thread title. Here's my contribution; a 5-minute meal you can carry out the door with you on the way to work in the AM. No excuses to just eat one of those ****ty "bars" when you can eat a real meal:

A bagel/scrambled egg/bacon/cheese sammich:

Scramble a couple of eggs in a bowl the same diameter as a big sliced bagel. Nuke the eggs for a couple of minutes until cooked, and set aside. Nuke a of strip of bacon (2 minutes or so), and then assemble the egg 'round,' the strip of bacon (broken in half so it fits the bagel), and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on the bagel, making a sammich. Add some sriracha if so desired.

Breakdown:

2 lg eggs 160 cal 10gr f 14gr pro

bagel 240 cal 2f 10pro

cheese 110cal 5f 6p

1 slice bacon 35 cal 3fat 2pro

Scramble a couple of eggs in a bowl the same diameter as a big sliced bagel.

I do the same exact thing only for this part I put it in a short "high-ball" glass that is round with a perfectly flat bottom and the diameter of an english muffin. Works perfect having them flat.

I recently started picking up the Ezekiel brand english muffins and making sandwiches. Each sandwich made with egg whites and dairy free cheese (lactose intolerant) comes out to 5g fat, 30g carb and 30g protein.

Recently started eating bacon and eggs with toast on my cut. Might as well put cheese on the bread and make sandwhiches. Can any brahs from America recommend good bacon with high protein content?

Aware an Ameribrah what the **** brown sauce is.

Edit: looks like it is similar to A-1 steak sauce?
