No, considering ones diet usually contains ~75% insoluble fibre...

insoluble is the kind that bulks stool/makes you go. It can cause bloating or gas if your not used to taking it.

will soluble make me poop or will insoluble? Both, insoluble speeds up digestion (as it's not) and soluble takes longer to digest (as it is). Insoluble makes you go quicker.
