K so its 1.30am and i woke up real hungry. I always make those peanut butter protein bars and felt like them but i didnt want the carbs so i left out the oats and honey, so i put 1 scoop of ON whey and 1 of ON casein (like 24g in each) with about 4 tbsp of nat pb, altogether like 48g protein and 45g fats, i only ate half, i was wondering is this too much fat considering at 11 i had my shake of cottage cheese, whey, pb and then some fish oil. Too much or ok?? Thanks.

Why not eat more whole foods later in the day so you dont wake up hungry.

Beef and pasta goes down a treat for me at 9pm some nights.
