They're in a great position to win, but remember who their head coach is. I think that will be the only thing holding them back.

Well with all these big players acquisitions, Philly has to win the superbowl this year. With this much talent there is no reason why the shouldn't. If they don't at least make it to the NFCCG, it's considered a failure, IMO.

It's too bad teams can't draft coaching staff. Because that is issue that needs addressing more than anything. I have feeling like always we're going to see some realy stupid play calls and clock management like we do every season that will end up doing the Eagles in.

It's inevitable, more often than not when the Eagles choke and blow opportunities and it happens on the sidelines and in the boxes, more than it does on the field.

Wow. I was just watching a video on NFL.com about how the market for him wasn't as strong as originally thought, so nothing had been reported of him.

I got a feeling Samuel is going to be traded. It's really the only explanation I can think of. Either that or they have ridiculous amount of cap space that we don't know about.

Who was the last team to go nuts in free agency and win a Super Bowl? Serious question. Can't think of one.

They cut every free agent they had this offseason. DeSean and Maclin and Mccoy are all on rookie deals.

Wanted the Saints to get this guy...

Philly nearly pulled it off in '04 the year they acquired Jevon Kearse and T.O.

Saints are doing well in their signings from what I hear. I like the idea of Darren Sproles in Black and Gold, he's a playmaker like Bush only he's not a pansy and can run it up the middle.

Here's my guess what they'll do next:

-Release/trade Brodrick Bunkley (save money)
-Release Joselio Hanson (save money)
-Resign Vick to a long term deal (will save $ because he's franchise tagged right now)
-Resign DeSean Jackson to a long term deal

I'm surprised the Eagles haven't pursued a Linebacker. They traded Stewart Bradley to AZ, even though that was probably a good thing since Bradley is made of glass. But yeah Eagles need a linebacker.

Yup, Eagles just traded Bunkley to the Browns for a 5th round pick.

Knew that was coming.
