I posted my macros earlier but here's what I will be dieting on.

Meal 1
1 cup oats
30g flax seed cocoa mix
2 scoops whey
1 banana

P - 59 C - 81 F - 20

Meal 2 (Pre Workout)

160g chicken breast
2 wholemeal pittas
1 banana

P - 50 C - 75 F - 7

Meal 3 (Post Workout)

1 cup oats
2 scoops whey

P - 55 C - 45 F - 9

Meal 4

300g natural cottage cheese
1 scoop whey

P - 58 C - 12 F - 11

Meal 5

130g tuna
2 Tbsp mayonnaise mixed with nandos hot sauce (5g or so)
50g spinach

P - 32 C - 3 F - 20

Totals
P - 255
C - 225
F - 70

= 2550 calories

I prefer more fat, but your macros are pretty much in line. Where is the fruit and veg though? Variety?
