View Full Version : Diet messing up my insides

Has any one experienced constipation whilst cutting on IF?

I can go 2 or 3 days without sh**ing when i do feel like i need to. It sucks!

Any ideas how i can fix this?

My diet looks like this: Each 24hr period i fast from 9pm to 1.30pm.

1st meal (1.30pm): Veg/salad/fruit with lean meat or fish.
pre-workout (4.30pm): bowl of oats and protein shake.
Post workout (7pm): protein shake followed by a meal containing carbs and protein (eg brown rice, veg and chicken)
Snack if im hungry (8.30pm): cotage cheese or greek yoghurt

Total calorie intake is between 1000 and 1500cals a day. I train 5 times a week (just weights, no cardio).

Well, considering you're basically starving yourself with those calories, it isn't hard to come to a conclusion on why your bowl movements have slowed.

You're doing IF, eat 3 meals and only manage 1,000-1,5000 calories? Do you hate yourself?

*edit*

I bet OP wouldn't have a problem going #2 if he knew we consumed more calories from bacon than he does from his meals
