I am just trying to get some feedback on my carb cycle. Is this sufficient For a 185 pound guy trying to cut some flab? I eat 50%-60% of my carbs right around my workout, whether it is Weights or HIIT. Is the carb ratio from day to day to drastic?

My protein is 190-200g each day and my fat intake is 50-70g.

Mon: Weights/High Carb-300g

Tues:HIIT/Low Carb-150

Wed: Weights/High Carb-300

Thurs: HIIT/Low Carb-150g

Fri: Weights/High Carb-300g

Sat: rest/Lower Carb-100g
Sun: Moderate Cardio/Low carb-150g

You could just eat the same everyday to simplify things and be in a deficit and achieve similar results

Unless you're already at a very low body fat, it probably makes little to no sense to play around with carb cycling. Just eat at a moderate deficit.

I have been given sooooo many numbers as to how many Calories I need to eat a day. Anywhere from 2900 to 2100.

I dont think your seeing the benefits of carb cycling with that high of a carb intake but with that said, thats not to say you cant lose weight. With 300 g carb intake every other day your glyocogen levels should be full and not getting to a point where its much depleted before your refilling them again.

So decrease the high days to 200?

So decrease the high days to 200?

That is of course personal preference. There are so many variations of carb cycling, I cant say what is best for any particular person.

My preference is to go low enough to stay in ketosis 5 days per week (under 50 net carbs per day). Refeed for 36 hours and restore glyocogen levels.

So you are advocating a keto style diet not a carb cycling diet.

What I need to do is cut the flab but not the muscle.

Then eat at a 10% deficit. No need to carb cycle to lose fat

I work out in the A.M. and I am in classes sitting most of the day. Should I do a bit of cardio in the P.M. to kick back up my metabolism?

No, just eat less than you burn. If you enjoy cardio go for it but it won't kickstart your metabolism
