Hi this is my first time posting here. I am about 125 pounds and looking to bulk up alot. I have just purchased whey protein and the noexplode supplement. I am thinking of going on a high protein diet with a moderate amount of carbs. I have alot of questions regarding nutrition!

1. How many calories of Protein/Carbs should I be eating a day? Is there a maximum amount of protein I can eat a day when after that limit has been reached it will just be Ineffective?

2. Best times of a day to eat/take shakes? I'm Thinking of eating at 6.30am, 9.30am, 1pm, 3pm, 6pm and a snack after.

3. Anything in particular I should be eating before/after workouts?

4. Take protein shake before/after workout?

5. If I overeat on protein will it just be wasted? How many grams of protein should be eaten a day?

I Know these may be noob questions but hey I am one! Thankyou!
