Hello everyone very happy this morning jumped on the scales to find I am nearly at my goal weight and have made good progress in my fat loss

starting weight; 217.3

bodyfat 20%
height; 6ft
lean bw - 173.95
lbs of bf - 43.65

today 01/07/2011

weight; 190.3
bodyfat; 12.65
same height
lean bw - 164
lbs of bf - 24

so a total loss of;

lean bw - 7.95
lbs of bf - 19.65

In all I never started out with the biggest muscle mass but I am happy with my results so far gives me something to build on and lets me know i am doing something correct.

Any advice or comments? I have before and after shots in my bodyspace cant upload them on my phone.
