Age 25
Height 5'11"
Weight 170
BMR - 1815*1.5 = 2722
BULK - 2722*20% = 544.4 + 2722 = 3266.4 calories

Proteins 170*1.5 = 255g * 4 = 1020 calories
Fats 170*0.45 = 76.5g * 9 = 688.5 calories
Carbs 390g * 4 = 1560 calories (1557.9)

Im very lean, and not happy with my body, i have a potbelly pig and my goal is to gain mass up to like around 200lbs and then go for a clean cut to bring it down to 185lbs. For a goal like this, is it important to know my body fat percentage? Because i have no idea what it is. Is my math done right?

I would bump up that activity level a little more since you will be lifting to bulk up. 1.2 is sedentary with little to no exercise.

Thanks for the observation, bumped it to 1.5, and wow obviously carbs went up

I wouldn't bulk at 20%, maybe 10% for a couple of weeks then make some changes accordingly.
Protein seems excessive, definitely up the fat to at least 100g then fill the rest with carbs.

Protein intake is higher than it needs to be.
Dietary fat intake is at the lowest end of the range.

To my understanding, i thought it was better to keep fat as low as possible while bulking
