Ok so what if i was an 150lbs person with 15% bodyfat with a 2300cal maintainance caloric intake. Would it be possible to eat the same amount of calories(Clean micronutrient wise) and end up being an 150lbs person with 8% bodyfat? Even if it takes months or years of workout? How does it work?

Clean micronutrient wise

Since there's no such think as "clean micronutrients[s]" then the answer is obviously no.

What i meant was calories full of micronutrients.. I just happen to have a friend who has been working out for the past 2 months weighing the same but looking way way leaner than he was back then

Use Katch M. formula, plug in different BF% with same weight......... do a little 5th garde math........ profit?

Try again.

Calories are composed from macronutrients, not micronutrients.

I think you're trying to ask if you can recomposition from 15% BF to 8% BF while remaining at a constant weight.

If so, the answer is no.

My question is why wouldn't you simply go about the process the right way and thus achieve your goals?

Supposedly i'd follow a 40%Protein 40%Carbs and 20%fats.
