View Full Version : Are my macros right?

I've been trying to get my diet to where it needs to be and I'd appreciate some help.
Macros from last day I recorded which was a workout day (I have been doing IF/leangains)

calories - 2070
protein - 219g
carbs - 112g
fat - 78g

I'm 5'10 about 160. Bodyfat is probably around 18% ( I have calipers but I get inconsistent readings so I may be doing it wrong). Mostly trying to lose fat. Thanks for any help.

You don't list your maintenance intake, so I'm not sure about caloric intake.

Also, you're 5'10" tall and weigh 160 pounds, so I'm not sure if cutting is appropriate.

That said, you're meeting protein and fat sufficiency levels.
