View Full Version : is this clean bulking?

Hi, I was wondering by eating this will I put on any fat.
Breakfast: 60 oats with low fat milk + 1 scoop of low carb protein with 1 small manderein

Morning tea: usually a apple

Lunch: 50g of brown rice with a salad with tuna and other vegetables

I usually do Gym around 2pm so preworkout I might have another 50g of rice and probaly a handful of nuts.

Preworkout: Protein shake with low fat milk and sometimes I might add another handful of nuts cos I'm hungry
Dinner: Changes alot but usually chicken with steamed broccoli and either sweet potato or 50g brown rice

Before bed: low carb yoghurt or tablespoon of natural peanut butter

I've been dieiting the last few months so my goal is to get back to my orginal strength so I can start cutting again... I'm around 16% body fat and weighing about 170. Benching 265 deadlifting 400. just want to know ur guys opinion cos I don't wanna undo any hard work by putting on extra fat

No its not, you need to be using bleach on all your foods before you eat them.

You are so confused.

We don't care what food you eat. It's the total macronutrients/calories that will determine what happens to your body composition, not specific food selections.

A "clean bulk" has nothing to do with what foods you're eating either. It just means you're watching macros/calories to ensure that you're only in a slight caloric surplus (to minimize fat gain).
