I have never made one before.I am looking on staying the same weight well becoming more muscular.I am 5 foot 11 and weigh 25 with 15% bodyfat.I have a rmr of 2500 calories a day.

All I know right now is that I need 160 carbs after a workout.

what does your Diet look like Now?
160 Carbs PWorkout is too Much unless you are Bulking

Right now my diet is no good.I eat a bowl of cereal at breakfast.Then usually yogurt in between that and lunch.I baically dont have a diet and eat crap food throughout the day.

Tuna (Can)
2 Whole Wheat Pieces of Bread

2 Hrs Later (or PreWorkout)
Protien Shake

PostWorkout Shake

within 45 Mins
1 Cup Oatmeal
10 Egg Whites

2 Hrs Later
Chicken Breast
Green Veggies

Before Bed
1.5 Cups Cottage Cheese
1 TBLS Peanut Butter
