I eat 3600 cal a day

100-110 g fat
420-440 g cho
200- 220 g pro

I'm followimg lyle mcdonald's routine

I've read somewhere where Alan Aragon said that when you hit your protein and fat for the day you should fill the rest with cho? Because your body will have a hard time to oxide cho into fat?

When You say hit your fat and protein does it mean go to the maximum of your intake like for protein hit 1.5g /lbs
And fat 1 g/lbs????
